Neal’s Yard Remedies Organic Eye Make-Up Remover

I bought couple of weeks ago Neal’s Yard Remedies Organic Eye Make-Up Remover from Grand Central Birmingham where this lovely organic shop opened and I decided to give it a try because eye make-up remover for me is very important on my daily cleaning face cleaning process.

FullSizeRenderThe product is described as a product that “gently removes even water-proof make-up, while conditioning lashes and hydrating and protecting the delicate eye area. The calming infusion includes nurturing damask rose, antioxidant white tea, soothing aloe vera and a smoothing tripeptide.”

Initially I was sceptical of how effective this would be at removing my make-up, but it had no problems removing it as well as the mascara. I was surprised to see how gentle it is and leaving my eye area hydrated, clean and not oily. To my disbelief it worked brilliantly, being so gentle for the eyes, not greasy like some oil-based eye-make-up removers have a tendency to be and I didn’t had to overly rub my eyes.

Another thing that I really like is the divine smell, smell that helps you when you are so eager to get in bed, but I have to remove the mascara because I do not want to wake up with eye liner and mascara all over. The rose and white tea scent is calming and prepares you for a nice sleep.

The 100ml bottle makes it really easy to transport around with you at all times and is very easy to use it: I pour it out on a cotton pad and gently wipe away your make-up.

And to sum it up I felt like it was all of those things, I felt like my face had been wrapped in smooth rose petals and soaked with comforting aloe vera gel. I strongly recommend Neal’s Yard Remedies Organic Eye Make-Up Remover.

What is your opinion about this eye make-up remover and what is your favourite?

  1. I generally use organic coconut oil, but have just discovered Farmacy Green Clean! That stuff is amazing, and it’s Farm to Face! I’ll give this a go however, assuming it’s Cruelty-Free. 🐰💓
